陶瓷膜盤是以氧化鋁、碳化硅等為主要原料經高溫燒結，具有多孔結構的精密陶瓷過濾材料，多孔支撐層、過渡層及微孔膜層非對稱分布，過濾精度蓋微濾、超濾甚至納濾，陶瓷膜過濾是一種"錯流過濾“形式的流體分離過程:原料液在膜內高速流動，在壓力驅動下含小分子組分的澄清滲透液沿與之垂直方向向外透過膜，含大分子組分的混濁濃縮液被膜截留，從而使流體達到分離、濃縮、凈化的目的。
Ceramic membrane discs are precision ceramic filtration materials with a porous structure, mainly made of alumina, silicon carbide andother raw materials, which are sintered at high temperatures. The porous support layer, transition layer and microporous membranelayer are asymmetrically distributed, and the fitration accuracy covers microfitration, utrafitration and even nanofitration. Ceramicmembrane fitration is a fluid separation process in the form of"cross-flow fltration" : the raw liquid flows at high speed in themembrane. Under the driving of pressure, clarified osmotic fuid containing small molecular components passes through themembrane ina direction perpendicular to it, while the turbid concentrated liquid containing large molecular components is retained bythe membrane, thus achieving the purpose of fluid separation, concentration and purification.
